I started this year in january posting youtube videos in german and after the first month I now grew to 80 subs. Most subs came through shorts, just make 3-4 shorts for every topic of long form you make and post it so your channel gets attention, people subscribe and then watch the longform. I will keep with this strategy and hope to hit 1k at least in the end of the year.
